It was nearly impossible to call the driver and we kept wondering what to do for about half an hour when this one guy in the staff came, dialed a few numbers and succeeded in helping us getting the driver's number. I really appreciate his team effort who make their effort for us to make comfortable stay in our room. That being said, the place is awesome with an amazing view and serves delicious food in the buffet.The Snow Valley Resorts is located about 4 km from the town center or the Mall Road. They are equipped with a lot of amenities to make your stay a comfortable one. Regarding common washroom for drivers, we would like to state that we have outsourced dormitory at a charge per driver which provides bedding and washroom for drivers. Excellent staff and best services. The location is somewhat out of the way, but that's the case for most Shimla Snow Valley Resortss, except the old ones near mall Road.
