Consumer service is always very quick and helpful. We normally don’t use such services as we do prefer driving our own car. It's almost like a stay.Drive Now demonstrates a very poor attitude toward customer service. And the very first time we decided to try out Drive Now service since they offer premium cars that we would be interested trying out. Never! When contacting via phone you are told to continue to wait.I’ve never had issues with DriveNow in the past. We got it, safely drove that Mini Cooper to our destination, parked the car. They’ve always been known for having an excellent customer service but this time it’s completely useless and full of attitude. The website encourages you to ask questions you might have about the service, either by email or by phone. Next time they hear from us is from our lawyer at the court!I signed up and now they say I cant drive with them give me back my money and they refuse to give me back the 9.83 that you use to register.Made two trips under £1 each. Which we did. You got a 1099 every year. The reply I received surprised me. Few days later, we get an email in Hungarian from Andras accusing us in damaging the car! It's by far the best company I've worked for to date.The only reason for leaving is because it was sold and will be closing the doors soon.Thfair treatment , not overly big workload , recommended highly .They take good care of their workers, very relaxed atmosphere, job was temporary , which was clearly explained in hiring process.great verity of vehicles that came in to the shop. They took me right under their wing and taught me a skill I can keep with me forever. Unless Drive Now doesn’t change their app to being more transparent, and asking users explicitly to take photos before and after, there will be a lot more of lawsuits happening!

So I sent an email asking 3 questions that weren’t explained on their FAQs page. car sales workplace. I have had trouble ending rentals. On one occasion I tried to end a rental by place an electric car on a charge. It is super expensive compared to similar companies and customer service is useless. Left it far too late to book a campervan for an upcoming road trip and was having a lot of trouble finding a suitable vehicle that was still available, but the customer service was lovely and helped me find something just in time! Can't fault it really. I was very interested in joining the service but before I did so, I had some questions. Recently a new charge for ending a rental in specific zones near my home of £3:99 plus vat ensured I delete the app immediately.Raising their prices to the double of what it used to be, is def keeping me away from this service. customers were friendly s were other drivers. it is a Monday - Saturday 9-6 job.it a job somthing is better than nothing. When we took photos after parking the car at our destination, we did see the scratches and stuff. I booked through drive now and I had to chase for my $50 deposit which is still didn't pay back from car rental company. Shame on you. They got back to us with false allegations and charging us a whooping 1000 euros for something that my husband and I DID NOT DO! I’m still not I’m to unlock any of the cars and no help from customers service at all.Not worth it at all! I’m not sure whether this is built into the pricing system. Drive now is a bad place to work Bookkeeper/Office Manager (Former Employee) - Minerva, OH - April 5, 2020 Management was horrible, did not pay you on time as promised and closed the business without telling any of the employees. Based on my experience using the company I would have to guess they are annoying entitled people. We both have over 15 years of experience.
