Loved how he was very flexible during surgery to see what would look best as I could not decide. I had a wonderful experience! I would always and have always recommended you for all my friends and clients.Everyone was just so friendly and was conceded with my recovery.The physician and staff were very attentive to my desire for surgery and worked with me through the process in a very professional manner.

Dr Hanna is an excellent doctor.I felt a little unprepared for after surgery.

Dr. McNeel even called me that evening to make sure I was recovering well and to answer any questions I might have. I am so satisfied with the results from my breast augmentation!!


Dr. Hanna seemed annoyed that I was not given that and thankfully there was no issue with infection so it all worked out ok. Other than that, my experience was great. She greeted me at the surgery center and took excellent care of me. I was never nervous because I have all the trust in the world in Dr. West.Radical honesty - I look great at topless pools :). I had expressed a concern about the anesthesia (needles and bad previous experiences), someone called me to discuss my concerns the day before my surgery (I think her name was Kathy). He took the time to explain everything to me. Your first person encounter is crucial because that person can make it or break it" for your reason for being there. I just wasn't quite prepared for the long recovery even though I have had no complications and am healing beautifully.Excellent care, expertise and results. Completely happy with everything I've had done.anytime I have a concern the staff, no matter who it is, always responds promptly and when I went to the hospital for major swelling the on call doctor came out to check me out himself because the hospital doctors had no idea what to do. West and staff made me very comfortable, fully explained procedures and what to expect. I am no longer bigger on one side than the other, they are up where they should be, and they look very natural just like I wanted. He and his staff were so welcoming and friendly.
