The top note is musky and powdery vanilla which later morphs into something almost close to Chanel 5. Candy makes me sneeze, so I won't be wearing this and it doesn't smell good on me anyway.

I cannot smell a bit of candy, vanilla or musk in this. It is a really nice scent that you can wear to work or the office.
