For the people who have been doing the work to grow and maintain the team, this is the most frustrating problem because it means that not only do they need to 'go back to the drawing board' with regards to bringing in new drivers, but they have also spent time and effort in making you a part of their team only to have to do it all over again. I wasn't about to join an unknown group and get stuck with god knows who for 24 hours and risk pulling X stints in a row because of shady teammates.I'm Keen to join mate! From my understanding there are two ways: The one is to build your own team, The second is to buy a team what has been the most common way. Dozens of team members also build engines, build car bodies, and test parts.While these team members work behind the scenes, the fabricators, engine builders, engine assemblers, and parts specialists shouldn’t be overlooked.
