There were many very entertaining moments but many tears too, but no so many I'd want to put you off the book. I hadn’t heard of this book but am now totally captivated by life at Thula Thula.Needed editing but the elephants are fascinating,Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 4 August 2019.Interesting and touching anecdotes about the elephants but the author is really rather pleased with himself to the extent of it spoiling the read somewhat.

Elephant Whispers is an absolute must to visit. If you don't already love elephants you definitely will by the time you've read this, I cannot recommend it more.Easy read, a glimpe into elephant behviour that few of us will be lucky enough to experience.Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 10 December 2014.This is a nice, safe easy read. It has left me totally intrigued by elephants and keen to discover more about these fascinating animals. Read honest and unbiased product reviews from our users. I would have either preferred more of on insight into this (as he is clearly a completely fascinating man, despite writing about himself quite modestly) or more of a focus on the elephant behaviour, but it just seemed to cover both in not enough detail.
