Recently, the Blu-ray player (model DMP-BDT7600) has stopped connecting to BBC iPlayer, in spite of the other three devices continuing to do so. I assumed since the other apps - Netflix etc.

I have my iPad2 connected to my tv with a camera kit (iPad connector to red, white and yellow plugs). Mine has been doing this for months, when you use Netflix through the iplayer, you have to come out of the app, choose another app open it as if you are going to use and them shut down again, and then go back into Netflix and it usually works fine. I have double checked that all cables are connected to the right places , and the tele is on the right channel (as I say, iplayer and YouTube work fine so confident that this is not the issue) am thinking it am be a wifi issue but not sure what to look for. Today, things no longer seem to be that easy. My youview box gets left on 205 with the TV on, I take the kids to bed, when I (eventually) come back down and start something on Iplayer, I get sound but no picture. I have been on the phone to the helpdesk who tried troubleshooting.
