proper twelve owner

Enjoyed neat with ice.The Conor haters are hilarious and terribly sad, it's not the greatest thing i've ever drank but it is nice,I drink whiskey my whole life, i’m 57 now. Bottom shelf.Tastes too cheap for a glass bottle. Such a disappointing malt. Should be much better from Bushmills history and coloured it way too much,Buy it or I’ll knock you out......All the best Conor McGregor.Harsh and not fit to be called a whiskey. I still have a 750 ML bottle that is 80% full, I will probably just save it for dinner guest who have never tried. Jameson always been my favorite but I really like 12.Fair play conor you have smashed it the drink is spot on been looking to buy 1 for ages got me self 1 and ill defo be getting more of it you have nailed it,Have to agree with the better reviews on here. It’s been a while since I’ve consumed the likes of Jameson, Bushmills or Tullamore Dew, but I honestly don’t think this is too far off from any of them. With that said, at an MSRP of $25 (the press release says “up to $30”), Proper No. I like Jameson, but I genuinely believe this is a finer blend, and they're just getting started! So many haters out there. Save your money and buy a proper whisky. It has been helped by the master promoter but it's a horrible advert for Irish whiskey. Well done Conor, you have a Winner here.I am sensing evidence of whisky snobbery afoot in these reviews. I have heard some people enjoy it but I think I will just stick with my Tyconnell single malt. Its literally a piss, I like irish whiskies but this has no taste. The taste is smooth, light and sweet, and you can drink it much easer then any other whiskey you try, even though i didn’t try many. I wasn’t overly impressed but it’s a good whiskey. Prefer scotch.I thought it was quite similar to Wild Turkey which is disappointing to me. We then saved it for another night of drinking games during a podcast where we would slug down shots. You can buy far superior whisky at half the cost.Harsh and undrinkable. Not rocket science ffs.I fell face down into a pool of a homeless man’s piss and it was shockingly similar to proper twelve. Not even worth the glass it's bottled in.As a jock I'm picky with my whiskeys but Proper twelve is a decent whiskey probably in the same category as the likes of a Jameson's or Chivas regal a sweet nose with a light taste,Beautiful Irish whisky best dink I have had worth the price.Pretty good mouth feel and after taste. Wouldnt drink it if it was free.it's 36$ for 750 ml, a little too pricey just for "meh",Nope poured 1 glass and forced myself to finish it, the rest went down the sink. Its 40% so u can't even use it as a disinfectant proper bollocks.I know a lot of people hard Conner, but it’s hard to hate his whiskey.I was a little excited to try this malt because some people have spoken highly of it, so, after after around a week I invested in a bottle, I can clearly say my excitement was short lived, what a waste of money.

Can’t believe all the fake reviews. I first had this with my two roommates (*who brought it back after going to a Connor McGregor fight) we took a shot together and all had a similar disappointment in the taste. Mcgregor obviously is in it only for quick cash. Light floral nose, apples, calvados, Honey and pepper on the palate. It wasn't particularly smooth and left an unpleasant aftertaste.I had to rinse my mouth out with Kirkland Signature Irish whiskey just to get the awful taste of Proper 12 out of my mouth.Great taste, smooth finish. Quite surprised by the flavour and texture. One of the best whiskey I have ever tried,Tastes horrible, wont buy again, for the price it's very disappointing.Proper shite. Quality stuff conner son gedddin my lad.Not the worst but nowhere near the best. I drink my fair share of blend and single malt, aswel as bourbon. That all said, everyone wanted to take a “shot” at the proper 12 I had just gotten in. This is a perfect smooth tasting Irish Whiskey. And this is one of the best whiskey i drink in the past 25 years. What a delicious treat! Jameson’s also having a longer finish and stronger taste of alcohol. It's actually very mild easy drinking.anyone who says it's not good is talking out off there backside.I'm not a huge whisky drinker but the draw of The Notorious made me intrested. Now I’m Proper. McGregor is the owner of “Eire Born Spirits,” which some of the marketing tries to pass off as a full-on distillery, but nothing in Proper No. It's hard to justify buying this whisky at any price. The price-quality ratio is just ridiculous. It's 20 dollar whiskey, if you expect greatness you wont get it.

Tastes of young ethanol and dried out oak...Worst Whiskey I've ever tasted..I almost threw up..tastes like ethanol with color.I’m not a big fan of whiskey, ordered this one in curiosity because of Conor Mcgregor, and was positively surprised. at about $30 it's priced right where you'd find Jameson or Jim beam so the price is right.I am a scotsman and I know my whiskies, from the spey valley to the isles. This is so smooth, one of the best I have tasted. One of the worst I've ever drunk. Rather, this is a pretty standard Irish blended whiskey: Sourced from elsewhere (partially from Bushmills stock); a blend of malt and grain whiskeys aged in used American bourbon barrels for what is presumably a relatively short span. Whiskey is one of my favorite kinds, bourbon being my whiskey of choice almost always.
